Every customer that wishes to buy through Bassil´s web site, should register by creating an user and a password, in order to begin buying on the virtual store.  The option “ADD TO CART” can be chosen by the customer that will receive the confirmation that the product has been added to the shopping Cart and will be able to continue selecting products or go directly to the CART for what the option “SHOPPING CART” should be chosen.


The customer could see a window where there will be a detail of all the products added to the virtual cart, if the customer continues with the transaction, all the needed data should be entered in order to continue  buying.  Personal Data, Billing, Billing address.  When registered the customer accepts the Terms of use and privacy declaration emited by BASSIL.



The customer is obliged to pay the total of the bill through the web page with automatic charge to his PACIFICARD credit card, it is understood that:

-         If the customer pays wiith any PAcific Bank credit card defer the purchase up to three months

-        If the customer pays with VISA or mastercard of any National or international bank the payment will be current

Under any concept the customer should give the number, expiration date and security code of his credit card, unless there is an error in the digitation by the customer, in which a web assistant will call to inform the problem and confirm the data.  The same will happen if there is no quota in the credit card.

BASSIL Hand Tailored S.A. reserves the right to charge and don’t receive  subsequent claims for the charge in case a customers complain

Every customer could buy through our web page 365 days of the year 24/7.  The deliveries are done from Monday to Friday in working hours.  The customer must have in consideration that he should be ahead with 2 or 3 days – depending his location – to the delivering date.  The deliver rates of the the products are:

-        Guayaquil and Quito  up to 48 hours

-        Principal cities including the Amazon up to 72 hours

-        Galapagos Islands from 24 to 72 hours, however this time could be longer depending the Courier

All the buying done on Friday after 17H00 and during weekends will be atended first thing of the next working day, the time of delivery beggins when the customer receives the call from a web personnel that will confirm the transaction.

The customer is obliged to give all the addressee information or deliver address of the product, because of lack of information the company will not be responsible.

When reaches an address and if there is nobody that could recieve the product the deliver will be done on the next day:  (ALWAYS AUTHORIZED BY THE CUSTOMER. 

A note will be left on the addressee with the bill mentioning that in order that there was no one to receive the product to contact us by phone so he can pick it up on the company offices, ori f he prefers a second deliver with the same address plus $5 plus taxes

If the deliver could not take place by absence of the addressee, absence of the client, or any other situation outside BASSIL, no refunds will be made.

Aditional charges after the online transaction, such as the resend of the producto will be charge on a second bill



The customer should be aware of:

BASSIL will  bill all the buyings entered on the web, properly authorized by PACIFICARD and verified by a web personnel with a phone call prior confirmation of the transaction

For this all the given data by the customer should be entered correctly

The bill will be sent to the address that is entered in “Address to Deliver Bill” in the buying  form

No changes will be done in the bill information either in dates, sender or dispatcher under any circunstance.



The information of the products, customers, type of payment, dates, hours and signatures against receive, are handled under and estrict privacy policy, therefore unless the customer, we will not give any kind of information to anyone.




What is our return Policy? 

In Bassil we want you to love our products as much as we do, but if by any chance you are not happy with it or if the product has a manufacturing defect we will exchange it gladly
